We are a professional group of real estate appraisers who have been appraising properties throughout Kentucky for both lenders & attorneys since 1992.  We have prepared valuation assignments for lenders throughout the country.  The majority of our appraisal work is now completed for FHA & RHS loans.  Our primary goal is to help our clients stand out from their competition by providing both them with accurate valuations and extremely fast turnaround.  Are you accustomed to the typical 2 day to 2 week turnaround that most appraisers offer?  You will be amazed at how much we can help your company improve upon it's professional reputation.  We are willing to travel to any county within the state of Kentucky for an agreeable fee.  In addition we accept FHA, land, driveby, & multifamily appraisal orders.
